BLOOD GROUP AND GENOTYPE IS THERE DIFFERENT?

Optimistic Chidosky

In as much as genotype test is important, blood group test is importantanter. Reason that there’s what we call rhesus factor (proteins found on the surface of a cell) if the they are not compatible with that of your partner, it can cause crises during pregnancy. You will be experiencing more of miscarriages and be blaming it on your village people. It can also lead to fetal anemia, immune hydrops (erythroblastosis fetalis).

It is advisable to talk to your doctor about your pregnancy history especially when you have experienced it last time. He knows what to do in order for you to carry your baby to term. If you chose to hide it, it’s at your own peril. You are doing yourself.

So, do not rejoice yet when you pass the genotype test until you have confirmed your blood group compatibility.

THE MIND VE THE HEART

There will always be a battle between your mind and your heart. Between what you know is best and what you feel. Between what you want and what you deserve. Between who you are and who you want to become.

Optimistic

Relationships are never easy, couples who have been together for many years didn’t make it there overnight. They went through hard times. It wasn’t easy. It’s never easy.

Sometimes you have to fight for the person you love but only if they are willing to fight to be with you too. If someone pulls away from you and you become the only fighting to have them back, then what’s the point of that? Nobody can interfere with peoples free will.

Also, there’s a difference between a relationship that goes through normal ups and downs and a relationship that’s toxic and abusive. Anything that’s abusing and destroying you, is not worth the fight.

There’s going to come a time when you will have to choose between what you feel for someone and what you deserve. I hope you choose yourself because if you don’t, who else will?

WHY CHEAT?

Cheating is never a mistake. It’s a choice. People know exactly what they’re doing when they start flirting outside of their relationship.

Relationships are not always easy, but there’s never a reason to be unfaithful.

It’s better to break someone’s heart with honesty and end the relationship, than drag them along and do things behind their back. What’s the point in that? Why hurt someone’s whose only intention is to love you?

This is supposed to be common sense. Cheating is immoral.

We need to be very careful on how we treat people because everything we do in this life comes back. When someone’s heart is pure, and that heart gets broken, their tears can turn into a curse.

To anyone who has been cheated on, been awkwardly placed in a love triangle or a one sided relationship, I’m truly sorry for that experience.

You don’t deserve that kind of pain, disrespect and humiliation. You deserve love, loyalty and truthfulness. I wish you healing and peace.

READ THIS IF YOU ARE SINGLE

Love is a beautiful emotion. It holds the power to heal and transform lives. But the other side of love, which is the absence of love, can be quite destructive.

Some people find love early in life without having to struggle much in the dating pool, while some others go through cycles of failed and painful relationships for years before finding their best match.

Then there are people who choose to be single for life because they don’t want to risk getting hurt again.

Everyones story and journey is different but if love is still something you want, and you haven’t found someone to be with because of x and y reasons, I just want to encourage you to not lose hope.

It doesn’t matter how old you are, and where you are in life. Love can come at any given moment. You have to not let your past failed relationships and traumas be a barrier between you and love. Heal and work on yourself.

Do not care about societies expectations and pressures either. Feel comfortable in your decision instead of pleasing people. Do what works for you and remember that what you want exists, don’t settle for anything less.

AFRICA BLACK SOAP

African black soap (also called African soap or black soap) is the latest skin care product to reach “holy grail” status, and for good reason.Touted as a solution for breakouts, hyperpigmentation, stretch marks, and everything in between, black soap is the ultimate beauty buy for those on a budget. A one-size-fits-all approach to flawless skin?

And unlike the synthetic soaps you find at the drugstore, authentic black soap is handmade from plant-based ingredients in Africa. Each fair-trade purchase supports sustainable production and, in some cases, directly benefits communities in need.

Made with secret recipes passed down from generation to generation, there are several formulations of African black soap on the market today that may add in oats, honey, or aloe.
But the core ingredients of traditionally made African black soap include native plants like plantain skins, cocoa pods, shea tree bark, or palm tree leaves. Once plant matter is collected, it is first sun dried and then roasted at a consistent temperature until it turns into ash. The ash is then added to water and various fats like palm oil, coconut oil, shea butter, cocoa butter, and palm kernel oil. This mixture is then heated and hand-stirred for a least 24 hours until it begins to solidify before it’s scooped out and left to cure for two weeks.

What Makes African Black Soap Special?

Here’s an overview of the core ingredients found in traditional African black soap, along with their benefits:

Plantain Peels – Cooking bananas (or Musa paradisiaca) are a good source of antioxidants, protein, folic acid, thiamine, riboflavin, potassium, and vitamin C.

Cocoa Pods – Rich in antioxidants, cocoa pods – or the shells that house the treasured cocoa bean – also have strong anti-inflammatory properties.

Coconut Oil – A well-rounded ingredient indeed, coconut oil cleans and moisturizes the skin, and helps kick start collagen production.

Palm Kernel Oil – Obtained from the seed of Elaeis guineensis, palm kernel oil is rife with several types of fatty acids.

Palm Oil – Derived from the fruit of the palm tree, unrefined palm oil (known as red palm oil) is abundant in vitamin E, alpha and beta carotene and other antioxidants, as well as essential fatty acids.

Shea Butter – Also plentiful in beneficial fatty acids, shea butter is a prized ingredient for silky smooth skin. It helps repair damaged skin tissues and boost the body’s ability to generate collagen.

This mixture of plants and fats have been used for centuries for beautiful skin and hair.Keep in mind that the ingredient makeup of black soap largely varies based on the region of Africa it’s made from. For example, plantains are found in Central and Western Africa, but not in eastern regions.

You may also find black soap with added essential oils, such as eucalyptus, to promote relaxation. Some African black soap bars contain added oatmeal or aloe vera.

BENEFITS OF ARICAN BLACK SOAP

  1. It’s antibacterial
Natural antibacterial properties make African black soap an excellent alternative to chemical-laden cleansers. In fact, it may actually remove more bacteria than chemical cleansers do. Despite its strength, black soap is gentle enough to use on your face, hands, and body.
  2. It’s safe for all skin types
If you have dry or sensitive skin, you know that scented soaps and lotions are off-limits. African black soap is naturally fragrance-free — just make sure your chosen product is labeled “unscented.”

People with oily or combination skin are also in the clear! Black soap can help balance your skin’s natural oil production without stripping necessary oils or adding excess oil to your skin.

  1. It’s moisturizing
Shea butter is a crucial ingredient in black soap. While shea can help relieve itchiness and soothe dry skin, cocoa and coconut oil add moisture.
  2. It won’t make your skin oily
If you have combination skin, this makes choosing the right soap that much easier. Shea may add moisture, but coconut oil may help prevent overactive oil glands.
  3. It helps soothe irritation
African black soap may also soothe itchiness and irritation caused by eczema, contact dermatitis, and skin allergies. It may even help clear rashes related to eczema and psoriasis. To maximize these benefits, find a soap with oatmeal added.
  4. It’s anti-inflammatory
Black soap is rich in vitamins A and E. These vitamins are both antioxidants, which help combat free radicals and attacks on otherwise healthy skin tissues. This may be helpful for people who have inflammatory conditions like rosacea.
  5. It helps fight acne
On that note, black soap may also help fight acne. In addition to balancing your skin’s natural oils, the soap’s shea content may help repair damaged cells. Its antimicrobial properties may even clear severe acne caused by Propionibacterium acnes bacteria.
  6. It may help reduce fine lines
Shea butter and coconut oil may help reduce collagen loss and encourage new development. In turn, this can help plump up fine lines and wrinkles. The rough texture of the soap can also exfoliate dead skin cells that make fine lines more noticeable.
  7. It helps protect against photoaging
Antioxidants found in shea butter can help protect your skin from photoaging. Over time, sun exposure can cause sun spots (age spots), but black soap may offer another barrier.
  8. It helps improve skin texture
African black soap is chock-full of natural ingredients, but part of its benefits come from its form. When left unprocessed, the raw ingredients that make up black soap leave the product far less smooth than the average drugstore soap bar. This makes it a natural exfoliant, which may help improve skin texture.
  9. It helps prevent razor burn and related rashes
Exfoliation is another key factor in keeping your skin smooth after shaving, waxing, or other methods of hair removal. Exfoliating will help remove dead skin cells before they can clog your hair follicles. The moisture in African black soap may also help prevent the lumps and bumps that result from razor burn.
  10. It may help reduce hyperpigmentation
Hyperpigmentation is often caused by acne scarring and sun damage — two things that African black soap may help soothe or prevent.
  11. It may help minimize the appearance of scars and stretch marks
Thanks to its shea butter and vitamin E content, black soap may help reduce the redness and overall appearance of stretch marks and other scars. It may also help minimize related itchiness.
  12. It’s antifungal
One study on the effects of African black soap found the product effective for seven types of fungus — this includes the common Candida albicans yeast. You can safely use African black soap to help treat conditions like toenail fungus and athlete’s foot.

How to use African black soap

Real, unprocessed African black soap has a rough texture. Although the natural texture is ideal for removing dead skin during exfoliation, you’ll want to smooth it out before using it as a regular cleanser.

To do this, simply pull a small chunk of soap off of the bar and rub in between your hands. If you prefer a liquid cleanser, you can dissolve your piece of soap in water before use.

You can apply the bar directly to your skin if you’re looking for exfoliation, but be gentle! The rough texture is already an exfoliant in itself, so you don’t have to scrub. You may also consider rubbing the bar on a soft washcloth first for gentle cleansing or use on rashes.

With whatever method you choose, make sure that you thoroughly rinse the soap off with lukewarm water after use.

Afterward, apply your favorite moisturizer to your damp skin. This will help lock in the soap’s natural hydrating effects.

Potential side effects and risks

Although African black soap can work well for all skin types, using it correctly is key to preventing unnecessary side effects.

Some people find black soap to be drying. You may be able to reduce your risk for this by adding a teaspoon of raw honey to your soap mixture.

To do this:

Gently break a piece of the soap bar off and drop it in a small mixing bowl.

Use a spoon or fork to break the soap down into smaller pieces.
Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of raw honey to the bowl.

Mix the honey and soap together to create a black soap paste. You can add more honey as needed.

If you’re new to raw black soap, consider using it once every couple of days to start. You can gradually increase your use as your skin gets used to the soap. It’s possible to be allergic to any soap. If your skin becomes irritated or develops a rash, discontinue use.

Natural black soap is also rough, so it can irritate or even break your skin if you’re not careful. Stinging and burning are also possible. If you’re using a raw block of soap, use gentle, circular motions as you glide it along your skin.

The best way to prevent skin breakage is to smooth out the soap and combine it with water, or use it with a washcloth.

If you want to reap the most benefits, it’s important to find the real thing. Purchasing authentic black soap also helps ensure that proceeds from the products go back to the communities that actually create the soap. These are often labeled as fair trade products.

Depending on the region it’s made in, African black soap can also be found under the guise of other names, such as Anago,Ghana soap or Yoruba soaps.Due to the soap’s popularity, there are an increasing number of knock-off products. You can tell the soap is a dud if it has synthetic ingredients or additives that aren’t in raw black soap (basically anything not plant-based!).

Look for some of the following products to make sure you’re buying the real thing while also supporting related communities:

If you begin experiencing any unusual rashes or irritation, discontinue use until you can see your doctor or dermatologist. They can help determine what’s causing your symptoms and whether you should permanently stop using black soap.

IT IS GOD THAT CROWNS A KING AND NOT A MAN: A CASE STUDY OF HON. MBAM GOODLUCK OBINNA.

IT IS GOD THAT CROWNS A KING AND NOT A MAN: THE CASE STUDY OF HON. GOODLUCK OBINNA MBAM.

In few months ahead from now, we shall be having a brand new House of Assembly Member to represent the good people of Izzi East State Constituency at Ebonyi State House of Assembly, and his name is Hon. Goodluck Obinna Mbam.

Like the biblical Moses, whom God raised among the people of Isrealities when they were in dire need of an outstanding leader that will lead them out of the Egypt to the land of Canaan- The land, which was said to be filled with honey and milk as promised to them by God, so has God decided to raise Hon. Mbam Obinna Goodluck at this time, that Izzi East Constituency is seriously in search of a Godfearing leader that will lead them out of the clutches of necrotic and fossil leaders whose only interest have always been to steal our common patrimony for their own selfish satisfaction and gain.

Yes, Obinna might not be good with words like Moses of the old testament, but he has unquenchable and unflinching love for his people and willing at all times to hear their cries, needs and challenges, no wonder, on several occasions he has put his life in line to defend and speak for them.

Interestingly, let me say succinctly that with Hon. Goodluck Obinna Mbam, a new order of leadership is about being established in Izzi East Constituency and that new order is the order of being awake at all times in placing and prioritising other people’s needs above oneself needs. It is an order that will see to the greater good of the greater number and an order that will bring positive turn around in all the corners of Izzi East Constituency.

There is no gainsaying here in saying that, Obinna is intellectually mobile, youthful, energetic with the brewing passion to do good to both the rich and the poor, the young and the old. He purely, represents the fresh air of the new order in Izzi East Constituency and for this reason, every sound mind ought to support him to win landslidingly in his election for with him, the Constituents of Izzi East Constituency shall be efficiently and effectively represented in the Ebonyi State House of Assembly.

He will sponsor bills. He will attract Government presence and social amenities. His voice will be heart in defence and for his Constituents. These and more he has positioned himself to do, if elected.

This aspiring young man is contesting under the platform of APC and I am urging everybody within Izzi East Constituency through this write-up to rally around him and vote for him massively, come 11th March, 2023 poll for he represents a new order of hope and effective representation to the good people of Izzi East State Constituency.

Congratulations in advance Sir.

IF I OPEN UP THE SECRET NNAMIDI KANU WILL RELEASE – WIKE

If I open up the secret that keeps Nnamdi Kanu in detention, he will be released immediately- Wike
News Hub CreatorJan 18, 2023 9:08 AM
The governor of River State, Mr. Wike Nyesom, says that if he should open up about the secret that keeps the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, in detention, the Nigerian government will have no choice but to release him immediately.

He further stated that Nnamdi Kanu is still in their custody because he has refused to dance to their tune and because Buhari has asked him to do something and he has refused to do it, so they are not releasing him. and I am really sure that if all this is exposed today, Nigeria will divide, he said.

According to him, if I talk now, they will say that Wike is talking too much, but if I reveal the secret that still keeps Nnamdi Kanu in detention, he will be released immediately, and I am really sure that this country will be divided after saying it. Nnamdi Kanu refused to dance to the tune of the federal government of Nigeria; that is why he is still in their co-study.

THE LAW OF POLARITY

THE LAW OF POLARITY

Someone once told me that their reason for not wanting to reproduce is because they want to spare a life from coming into this world to suffer.

Now, that’s an interesting and logical perspective; but pondering upon it made me realize that everything goes down to the way we choose to perceive life.

Because although life is painful, it is not only and always pain. It has an opposite side to it too.

The law of polarity states that there is an opposite for everything. And it’s necessary in order for there to be a balance within our universe. Everything has a duality and a built-in opposite that cannot exist without the other.

Ask yourself the following questions: Would life actually make sense if everything was perfect all the time? What is life without any ups and downs?

I strongly believe that pain is quite necessary to harmonize and balance out the experience of life; and that doesn’t make life not worth living. What do you think?
