DON’T LET FEAR RULE YOU

The only way to avoid going through another cycle of feeling emotional pain in life, is to completely isolate yourself from everything and everyone.

But that choice does come with its own discomforts as well:

Complete and chronic isolation is not good for one’s mental health. It can give you another set or trauma to add to your healing list.

My point is, life is complex and so are human relationships. Pain is a part of life. As long as you’ll be alive you will feel discomforts, you can’t always run or hide from. Everyone will at some point hurt you, whether intentionally or not.

So don’t let your fears of getting hurt again win your life over. Just know who to forgive and who to completely cut off.
